The Foundation is duly registered with the Federal Government of Nigeria and is committed to serving humanity, spreading goodness, and reviving the values of continuous charity and endowment through sustainable charitable and developmental projects that serve humanity in both faith and livelihood. Guided by a sound Islamic and humanitarian vision. The Foundation seeks to meet the essential needs of the human populace across Nigeria, particularly in the areas of education centers, construction, provision of clean drinking water, orphan care, and support for education, while operating within an organized institutional framework founded upon integrity, transparency, and proper management of donations.
